Jim took on my case when no one else would. He worked on my case for over two years without ever receiving a dime. Anything I needed, either him or his office always took care of it for me. I was able to settle that case. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good attorney.

Jim is very knowledgeable and very kind. When dealing with him in person he is very respectful. However, when it comes to communicating through e-mails and phone calls, Jim's professional movement is less than than excellence in motion. He gets to things in his time. Jim was our lawyer taking care of our case that went on for almost two years before it settled. During that time, it would often take him weeks and or months to respond to my e-mails and phone calls. If you align yourself with Jim as your lawyer, you will get a knowledgeable lawyer who has poor communication skills (unless you are face to face).

James Yankosky handled two cases for me. Once a bankruptcy and two family. He completed my bankruptcy and had things done with in two weeks of having all my information, and several times took care of my ex wife, and tried to get me out of support on a child that was not mine, but the court ruled against us, we are appealing this now, but he is great at what he does!
