The billing system -- if you can even call it that -- is so bad that they run two months behind and you don't know how much you owe or how much of a credit you have. Anita Fay -- who is married to one of the partners -- does not return phone calls or emails regarding your statement. I was billed for time that should not have been billed, I was always catching billing errors. Going to court was a joke...the judge had to send his deputy to find Paige in another courtroom because he was ready to hear my case but she was nowhere to be found in the courtroom. My case was finally settled at the end of the summer in 2010. At least there was an end, but it took a long time to get there because of communication issues.
