Sandra Rotruck has been a blessing my "very complicated case" as stated by Judge Walker. Mrs. Rotruck was highly recommended. During the whole court process She has done a wonderful job, she knows when to fight hard and does so when needed.She is always very well prepared.She is very methodical and is always looking at all the angles to reach the outcome that she wants. Her staff is great and very helpful their efficiency has helped keep costs down since they tend to get a lot done in a very short amount of time. The one thing that strikes me the most positive is her straight to the facts honesty and professionalism. It really is nice to see a member of the legal profession that still believes in ethics.This comes into play in front of a judge, you can see the working rapport she has with the judges and how when she says something is true they believe her at face value. In short, anyone that needs a great lawyer for even the most difficult of cases should call Mrs. Rotruck.

I wish Sandra would have tried harder to stand up for my and my child's rights. I think the case could have turned much differently had I had a more assertive attorney. I feel like we gave up everything and pretty much rolled over and died vs. fighting for what I wanted. Overall, very disappointed.

She represented my wife. I wish I had hired her instead of those losers that I had. I think she is a very good lawyer even though I lost a lot because of her.

Ms. Rotruck is a former prosecutor in NM. She is not phased by a case that is difficult.
She has already seen people that are unethical and she knows how to deal with it.
Her staff is excellent.
Ms. Rotruck listens well and is careful not to waste your funds. She protects you as much as
humanly possible under the law. She is honest and tenacious.
My divorce had been sloppily handled by 3 attorneys. She reviewed the case and showed me
where the divorce should have been over in the first 30 days had my attorney at the time been
paying attention to my case.
She was willing to step into a big mess and sort it out. She got me divorced.
After the experience with the first 3 attorneys... 2 recommended by the NM Bar Association,
I am eternally grateful to her for her willingness to take my case. I felt he Judge was impressed with
her ethics and professionalism. He was the same way. He ruled ethically.
