For someone who charges such ridiculously high hourly rates, I expected a lot more. Alyssa was overly emotional, did not respond to communications in a timely manner, and she refused to accept responsibility for a mistake she made with my case. When I asked for a billing credit for the time she spent on a motion that was completely unnecessary, she refused to accept responsibility and instead tried to blame it on me not remembering things accurately. She is also extremely condescending and speaks to her clients as if they are children. This is not someone who can be trusted.

My ex-husband filed for divorce and I was referred to Alyssa. I am well-educated and general familiar with the legal process but new to divorce. Alyssa was terrible in all respects. Poor communication, little follow-up, is disrespectful, way too emotional, lacks credibility in front of the judge and opposing counsel. She comes across as a spoiled brat accustomed to pouting just to get her way. The judge, mediator and opposing all have unfavorable impressions of me because of her. She is unprofessional, unreliable, unscrupulous and only focused on doing everything she can to boost her the fees. When challenged, she just whines like a little baby. She SUCKS!! I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy!

Well just got a really fantastic ruling from a judge in my case and am I happy. Alyssa worked tirelessly after two other lawyers were indifferent. I don't know how she does it, but she is GOOD.

I loved my wife but she wanted a divorce. She had a new man. Alyssa's aplomb and knowledge allowed my wife through full disclosure to become less vindictive. The kids are flourishing and call Alyssa sometimes. She truly an angel cloaked in the law. Jonah

Without saying too much I had a conflict with The US state Dept, and a foreign country in property and visitation etc. She wrapped it in enigma and dispensed it like a mystery that a Detective novelist would marvel at. In credibly competent.

trying to buy a property to live in. still going through divorce. assets tied up. Ms mogul negotiate on my beh and we arrived at a position to save me money and literally my life. She is the best.

Ms. Mogul was very knowlegable, had excellent communication skills, was tenacious on my behalf. Her quality of work for the money is fair considering the amounts involved, which was a very good value for MR. I will always be grateful.

Alyssa's goal is to keep you confused and scared so you will pay her all you have and more. She is expert at creating conflict to increase her billable hours. I'm an educated person who is not unfamiliar with legal language, but Alyssa kept me in the dark and/or confused. She made me feel as if she were the client and I had to chase her for any information. Worse, she never, ever advised me on a course of action, but focused solely on the downside of any action I suggested.

Too emotional and lacks professional conduct. Unable to gain respect from opposing attorneys due to her inability to negotiate or compromise. Would never recommend this attorney to anyone.
