In one description - Horrendous! Mr. Low does not in any way shape or form have his clients best interest at the forefront in his business dealings. The demeanour in which cases and transactions are approached and dealt with are simply a "bully" and intimidation approach. Not to mention religiously bias.....anyone seeking true, fair and HONEST litigation will steer clear of this snake in the grass! Beware of last minute issues so they can bill you more!

Highly over-priced. Even Cam MacLennan of Huckvale Wilde Harvie MacLennan LLP who bills out at $500/hour thought that Richard's charges were exorbitant for what he had done in a real estate transaction for me. Very inflexible and anxious. Came out of my meeting with him disappointed.

Never sure who was handling my file - Mr. Low or one of his other lawyers, but everything was charged as if Mr. Low did the work. He is a tough negotiater which I liked but I don't think he was well respected by the other lawyer and so I was not sure if the heated negotiations were because he was fighting for me or that the other lawyer was just annoyed with him? I am not convinced that his strong negotiations actually helped me?
