Court Appointed on probation violation. Does not return phone calls or emails to family members, hung up on me 3 times, did not call me back. Met with client only once during court appearance for pass through. Client was being denied psychotropic medication while in jail for documented mental illnes, Mr. Sanchez did nothing to remedy situation, leading to rapid deterioration of client's mental health. Finally had to hire an attorney who was sympathetic to health conditions, and chemical dependence to represent. Sanchez stated, in the one phone call he answered, "your son's irresponsible actions led to his arrest, the court is moving for complete revocation of probation, and I will have to investigate to determine the degree of his guilt." Would you want that kind of attitude form your defense attorney?
