We recently used this law firm and our experience with this law firm in particular with Augustine Emily Krawchenko was appalling. I can understand that there is a high demand for their services but this lawyer was rude, arrogant, unresponsive (Took her over 3 weeks to help us after multiple emails asking for a connect), then turns around over charges us for unnecessary work that could have been avoided if she just got on a call in the first place. We had used this law firm in the past and Johnny was helpful. This new lawyer was unprofessional and aggressive. There was no value from our interaction with her. I highly encourage you to do your research before working with this lawyer.

This lawyer over rates himself . He has a bad temper and he should take some counselling for anger managememt . He , makes up his own rulers or his version . Best to stay clear from him . He'll grab your money and before you know it he demands more .

Rude, over-bills -- makes promises that he does not remember, never mind keep. My experience with him was horrible; at one point, he was acting in the interest of the other side, not me ... Worst lawyer in Hamilton. Stay away!!!

Called and put on to his daughter who is lawyer. Terrible. Heard she is foreign trained. another lawyer said she must not been able to get into canadaian law school. it shows. stay away. embarrassing

Was very good at his job. Knowledge was excellent for helping male in family court custody. Was not cheap but you get what you paid for. Had only minor billing errors which he corrected promtly. Efficent and personable.Highly recommended.

This man has small man syndrom very bad. Will take your money no problem. Takes everything personal so he runs your bill up fighting as he gets angry over everything. Other lawyers love to taunt him as they know how he is. Get out fast before he uses your money to fight his insecurity wars!!!
