Tried the Collaborative Law process with this guy, what a waste of time and money. When I first called he spent 20 minutes selling himself how he was the best in the City and intense self promotion. He is not concerned with getting a fair outcome for you just settling. He bills around $500+ per hour but be careful everytime you call or meet with him he will spend 30-60 min telling you stories. He had my x and I stacked with Lawyers, divorce coaches and the works. With both I was paying around $750 per hour. He is a week negotiator and after months of meetings and 0 results I fired him. The reviews speak for themselves, be warned your will spend a 80% more money than you need with this guy and 80% less results than with a competent ethical Lawyer, which is hard to find. STAY CLEAR!

I am a lawyer with 41 years of experience and practice in a different area of law than Danny Zack. As a practising lawyer for so many years I am uniquely qualified to assess the work and competence of other lawyers. I retained Mr. Zack to assist me with family law issues. I can without hesitation give Mr. Zack the highest recommendation. He is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise but more importantly he possesses a wisdom and pragmatism derived from many years of experience to obtain successful results for his clients. Accordingly I would give him the highest recommendation in the area of collaborative and family law.

There’s an overwhelming theme to these reviews and my experience is no different. Danny Zack is a terrible collaborative lawyer. His agenda is to prolong the process and bleed the client dry. Danny did not advocate for for my rights at all and wasted countless hours in 4-way meetings attempting to bolster his reputation. There should be a mechanism for financial compensation. Avoid!

All he does is lots of talking and billing, but nothing gets done. You need to stay away from him if you actually want to finish your case and move on with your life. It's not fair lawyers like him take advantage of the misfortunes of others.

I totally agree with the first 4 reviews. Danny loves to talk about himself and how awesome he is. Client be beware. No interest to fight for your interest except bill you for his time.Save your time and your money.
