Carol and her team are extremely hard working and highly knowledgeable. The office is NOT disorganized- I would hardly call renovations a rationale for any comment regarding either disorganization nor lack of care or duty. I have nothing but high praise for her work for me. Her fees are exceptionally reasonable, she has many clients, and has assisted me on numerous issues. I have never gone into her office whereby any of her or her team do actually go out for lunch; they eat at their desks!! That is the work ethic you want, and given the number of wins, and years of practice, I can honestly say I would hate to be opposing her.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use Carol Struthers as your lawyer. She is very unprofessional, dirty and unorganized office, no care or compassion for her clients. I used her for a separation agreement and she would never return my calls or emails. Her staff are unfriendly and of no help when you call with questions. Very very disappointing and upsetting experience.

Carol and her team are incredibly hard working, and most importantly, ethical and honest. Carol has years of experience, and it has shown in every family court appearance! I would ignore the low ratings; if tardy, and ever so rarely, it's because she and her entire office will do what it takes, THE RIGHT WAY. I wouldn't ever consider another lawwyer and have had friends and colleagues switch to her, from my recommendations. Getting the right lawyer, is critical, especially in family court. Every person I have made the change are absolutely thrilled. I make these statements, unsolicited, because I saw the poor reviews and felt compelled to advise anyone reading these reviews that if you are in need of someone, who has you and your family's best interests/LIVES at heart, that she is there for her clients and is passionate about what she does, and her experience shines through. It shows in everything she does, not simply says, as far too many lawyers are like.

Very poor communication. Tried to close a deal that took far too long. Had to email and call many times before getting a response. They don't appear professional at all. The office is dirty and unkept and the staff are in jeans and hoodies. A real let down.

After spending money on downtown Toronto lawyer and getting nowhere, i had some friends urge me to look for another lawyer. I searched the Caledon, Bolton areas and saw her site. Hard working, professional and her office staff all attentive and friendly. My first meeting with her made me feel a whole lot better than my previous lawyer. I trust her and have stopped looking. One has to like their lawyer and she makes it easy to talk and for these reasons i HIGHLY recommend her.

Very bad experience. Almost zero communication.Many many emails left unanswered. Bad enough that the mortgage company suggested to use another lawyer! Missed to forward/ share critical information in timely manner. Certainly not to recommend.

I had an attorney downtown which I was paying far too much and due to his blunders, I almost lost custody. I found Carol and her team and have been overly impressed by their abilities, empathy and overall, professionalism. I read the other review and I don't agree - at all. She works 24/7 and never truly takes a vacation or weekend due to her commitments. She has several clients and I always, ALWAYS feel like I'm not only heard, but she drives for results and will ensure i's are dotted, t's crossed. Our case isn't finished, yet, however, I always know she's in my corner fighting, even when I'm not aware of it. I would HIGHLY recommend her, and her team. Rose is exceptionally knowledgeable about family law as well - all questions are answered. As with ANY lawyer, you won't always get the response you HOPE for, but they work hard to get you what you need and want. Also, they do NOT overbill unlike most others and actually CARE about you personally. Again, highest recommendations.

worked very well in the beginning of the case but fell sort when it came to writing up the court orders many errors. Have not been able to get an appoint with her in 8 months.
