She is appears be very one-sided. The role of a Mediator is to find common ground! It appeared that she knew what my ex wanted from the beginning and played the entire situation to her favor. I was blindsided. If there was a dispute she never tried to engage my ex in trying to find common ground, she did NOTHING. Personally "Common ground" seemed to only exist if the man gives up his rights. Only when I challenged her did her attitude slightly change. If you want FAIR, I do not recommend her unless you are a woman out to get what you probably DO NOT DESERVE. I found her to be untrustworthy. Example; No conversation with the mediator can occur unless the other party is aware or cc'd on any communication. Conversations without my knowledge clearly occurred because she mentioned things that only she and my ex knew. When i called her out, she dismissed it as if it was nothing. She knew I wanted to avoid lawyers. Thx to her I felt like I lost equal time with my kids and a real fair deal.

My ex and I disagreed on everything, except Me Panetta was able to help us settle our divorce in an easy, civilized manner. She reaches for both parties best interests and is very professional in every thing she does. I would highly recommend!

My Ex chose her and since neither one of us was happy or got our way in mediation, this is a sign to me that she was fair and did her job properly, much to my initial trepidation. She's very easy to talk to and really tries to find the middle of the road solution and looks out for the interests of the children above all.

She is an excellent attorney! She helped my ex and I settle the divorce in a very easy and professional way. She is very educated and knows what she is doing. She wants to help you, so let her help! I highly recommend Mrs. Panetta!

Disgusted with her, she has no class. She produced false documents to the judge. She should be disbarred. What a wop she is. I would recommend her to deadbeat dads anyday. She has put me and the kids in the street to protect her client that was arrested for domestic violence and been a deadbeat ever since. She should go work in a village of inbreds in Italy. Shame on her as a woman.

been in mediation with her and all I can say is that she only sees one way favoured my ex and doesn't give a chance to explain yourself. Don't recommend her it's just a waste of time with her. Seek elsewhere

My Ex and I used Ms Panetta for mediation for about 4yrs. She was both professional and very knowledgeable. She was very approachable and proved to be an overall positive mediator. What struck me most was her patience and tolerance with my ex-husband who was all too often volatile and rude. Most mediators would never have put up with his behavior. Yet, she remained polite and professional throughout the many emotionally charged meetings and the exaggerated number of emails my ex would send her for the most petty issues. I eventually had to hire my own lawyer simply because my ex was not there to jointly work out our issues but rather to get free legal (government paid) services. I would highly recommend Ms Panetta.

Her legal knowledge and professional communication skills proved to be second to none. her ability to meadiate us through all the petty issues and keep us focused on the impoetant ones all the while making us feel at ease proved to be invaluable. I disagree with the above, my experience with Panetta was all around positive. She was knowledgeable, she took my calls, she consoled mein my hardest moments. She does not favor one sex as I am a woman and I sent a male friend and he had a positive experience with her as well. Unfortunately we only tend to write and express negative. If you walk into her office she has cards from people thanking her for her great service. I called her years after my divorce for advise on children and she was of great help- no charge!! 3 out of the many people she has served I would say the odds of her services are good. I trust her and I'm so blessed to have had her help in serving me at my most trying time.

Terrible experience, SHE WAS BAD!She is disorganized. She didn't know her information, wasn't up to date on the laws, she didn't read all my papers which would have worked in my favor. She returned calls very late.

I had used Panetta for divorce mediation. She is unorganized causing her to look for documents that were missing from our file - she fianlly found them but she did not leave a positive impression. I also agree with the previous comment that she is biased and I felt that she heavily favored my ex-wife. All my emails that were addressed to her concerning my ex-wife not respecting the judgement were never returned. I would highly recommend avoiding Chiara Panetta.

Went to see her for divorce mediation. What should have been a cut & dry file took over 6 months! She lost emails, was uninformed on the basics of capital gains, and took forever to return calls. Not to mention there was a noticeable bias toward my future ex. Stay Away! Find another mediator!
