I hired Ken Z. Liang attorney for a family law case. He accepted my case and made me pay a retainer fee but did not commit his time to represent me. I made four appointments with him, he was over an hour late on two occasions and no shows on the other two occasions. He never apologized for being late or no shows.
I confronted him about his bad services and demanded a partial refund of the retainer fee as. he had breached his fiduciary duty. He rejected my request for a refund and gave me lame excuses.
He is the most unprofessional and dishonest attorney I hired and he was bad at follow ups and returning phone calls.
Beware of this attorney!
