Whhile Mr. Hervol did do what he promised at the begining he has not followed thru. I have made several attempts to contact this lawyer and his staff PROMISES me that he will call me that day. He does not nor has he and I am not sure he will. I also have made requests to make an appointment with him and once again his office staff says they will call back in 5 minutes with a scheduled time. That has been for some time and yet I do not have an appointment.
