This lawyer does not act in the interest of her client. She drags it out and you end up paying twice what you should have to get nothing resolved. I do not recommend anyone to use this lawyer.

o stars if I could. Garbage lawyer and even worse human being. She was willing to have a phone consultation until she found out it was a referral from the law society and that she couldn't make any money decided all of a sudden she was "too busy this time of year" for a consulation.
When I explained to her secretary that now I can't get a consultation through the law society because they give one per issue and mine was Andrea I was told to email them to resolve it. If you're ever wondering why people say lawyers end up in hell, call Andrea

I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone who is in need of a family law advice. She is kind, compassionate and cares for her clients. She even lowered her hourly rate. I am surprised by some of the negative comments abut Andrea. She is fair and straight to the point. I would recommend her services to my family and friends in the future.

Andrea was my second lawyer in my separation/custody battle. She managed to settle my costly court case and delivered what I asked her to do. I am very happy with the outcome.

Andrea Clarke is very professional lawyer. In my case, all the communication was done on time, she addressed matters that i didn't even think of at that time, which were later used in another process. She also gave me very good advices. I would highly recommend her.

Andrea Clarke is a bully and an abusive lawyer. She will take advantage of you and your situation for money. She will unnecessarily extend the length of her retainer for her own monetary gain even when it is unnecessary and you are willing to settle. If you are pursuing custody and access, she believes that the children's voice and rights are NOT a priority and should not be considered. She is incredibly unprofessional and cruel in court and will embarrass you in front of the judge by yelling, complaining, and carrying on like a child. THIS PERSON IS ABUSIVE.It is my responsibility as a citizen to warn others about her. She should not be practicing law and she will harm you and your family for an easy dollar.

I firmly will believe what another writer has put here. She could not care less about the client, she takes your money, and does not even listen or read your requests, and she will ruin your life, she is disinterested and should not be a lawyer, do not use her,strongly strongly advise against using her, she will just collect your money and then try and blame the client when she has made major mistakes, she doesn't listen read or even follow the rigorous processes and steps in legal matters, and there is a high percent chance, your outcome will be horrific!

Terrible lawyer. Worst of the worst. Do not hire her even if she is your only option. She gets her students to do all the work, doesn't read your material, charges for work that she didn't do, and has a terrible memory. If you need to be before a judge dont expect her to argue what you need her to...she stutters and stammers before a Judge, is argumentative towards the Judge, totally unorganized and ignores the clients wishes. She doesn't care about clients. If you are experiencing an urgent situation, dont expect her to be reachable or respond when you need her most. Wishy washy in her legal advice and rarely willing to adopt an actual position or discuss reasonable outcomes, why? because she wants your money. Period.

Don't use for family law. Mailed me another client's private criminal matter. Stammered and was visibly shaken when standing and addressing Judge in courtroom. Advised to proceed with a motion then backtracked when it failed and costs were awarded against me.

I have been working with Andrea since April of 2012. I find her work ethic,quality and accuracy to be very impressive. Her knowledge of trust claims and common law matters have provided me with a level of positive Confidence. She has always answered my questions clearly and with explanation. We are heading in the the discovery portion of my suit against my ex finance, I am confident Andrea will achieve good results and a fair outcome.
