Levitt represented me when my business partners conspired to get rid of me. We had initial consultations in which he quoted his hourly as $925 - steep, but seemed well worth it given his supposed record. Ended up negotiating my own exit $ with my former partners as Levitt was not delivering quick enough. Nonetheless, I estimated his services to be approx. $25K - this was confirmed when I received the bill for $23K and change, which I paid immediately! Then, out of nowhere, he emails me to tell me that his secretary made a mistake and that his bill was actually $45K!!!! He had no proof detailing his hours, dates, times, etc. unlike the initial bill I received. This $45K was completely arbitrary and a complete money grab! Based on my personal experience, this man cannot be trusted at all. I considered taking legal action against him but he threatened to go public in an effort to embarrass or humiliate me. Stay far away!

Yeah, I got sucked-in by the radio ads. Howard and Muneeza are crooks. They conspire with opposing counsel and string you along, all the while running up their bill. Easy money for them, whether they win, or lose. Chances are, you’re going to lose with them.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I retained this lawyer. I found him to be completely rude from the initial consultation HOWEVER I was told his reputation would be worth the headache. I was wrong. He led me to believe I had a much stronger case in the initial consultation (which was $1096.00 plus HST) for an hour. He seemed very distracted and annoyed the entire time on that call. I found it hard to get any real insights from him but not knowing employment law whatsoever I put trust into him. I then reluctantly retained him to represent me which was an additional $5000. I felt he didn't fully understand my case from the get go so I tried to provide more insights to him leading up to the initial response from my employer and he dismissed them as irrelevant and went as far as to tell me to stop emailing him until we received the response. He is rude, disorganized, and unprofessional.I ended up terminating his services and settling on my own. I would highly reco to stay clear

Over a decade ago, this lawyer waited to call me the evening before our case, which was the next day. Thought this was very unprofessional, unorganized, and did not seem to care about the client relationship and case details.

Produced a fantastic result. Well-honed presentation skills. Anyone can master the law and the evidence. Howard goes one step further by thinking four steps ahead to deliver winning results. Sure he costs more but you get what you pay for.

Exploits his clients for money. Expects them to pay for flight and hotel stay when issue can be solved by conference call or live video chatting. Other lawyers have done it. Does not obey rules of mediations and goes rogue, forcing ire from mediators. He's high profile but no people skills and thinks only of himself at the end of the day. I wouldn't be convinced if flooded Lamborghini was a scam.

Too Disorganized and unresponsive. Drags things out and could be more efficient but too busy with corporate clients to serve individuals effectively.
