This lawyer was retained by Bank of America to handle a refinance for me. It was a very simple transaction and should have gone off without a hitch. This lawyer has absolutely no follow up and did not even pretend to care if this deal went off at all. The closing is supposed to be monday. It is Saturday and I still have no idea when this is supposed to happen. This has really upset me. I have not paid my mortgage because this is supposed to happen. The whole process was slowed down because if this mans inability to communicate the necessary information.
