Ms. Fenlon (who goes by both her maiden and married names-no doubt to avoid negative reviews from piling up) is the WORST lawyer i have EVER seen, & i've had the misfortune to deal with quite a few. She'll do ANYTHING to get you in the door, but thats the last time youre likely to hear from her without a fight! She is arrogant about her abilities and totally ignorant when it comes to discharging them. She never answers calls or letters, misses appointments with no warning nor explanation, and appears to do NOTHING once "engaged". The thing to watch out for is having the statute of limitations expire while she claims to be "working" on your case-if she is your lawyer and she's unresponsive, RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

Fenlon promises the worid, emphasizing her decades as Social security's lawyer as her weapon (she knows "everything about how they work as a former insider" - yeah, right).
She doesnt answer calls, emails, texts, answering machine calls (usually too full for new messages), registered letters (refused to accept them), or pleas for contact slipped under her door.
In the TWO YEARS she 'represented me', she failed to show for over a 20 scheduled meetings (no call, no show), she failed to schedule any hearings with SSA, and when SSA finally denied me for "failure to respond", she didn't even have the human decency to file the [promised] appeal to reopen the case within the required appeal period. When SSA said the decision was FINAL because of no appeal, i
called her (got through by blocking call ID), & told her how mad i was. she said "Didnt appreciate being talked to in that tone" and hung up on me. i made a bar complaint-apparently im just one in a long line of complainants.

Absolutely the worst practicing lawyer I've ever had. No call no show to my first hearing. Gathered my medical records the morning of my rescheduled hearing. Very minimal contact with myself. Will not respond to the judges requests. I should have represented myself. I would have been better off

margret was not as qualified as she said she was i was very unhappy with the out come of my case but i know she didn't do all she could have to make it better i would not recommend her to anyone.

Ms. Fenlon is a disaster as a practicing attorney. She never returns calls, emails, or other contacts without DOZENS of followups. She misses appointments more often than she keeps them, always without any notice.Promises everything, but delivers NOTHING. BEWARE!
