Within the last 2 months of an over 5 year vicious battle,over division of Mothers estate,and an all inclusive monitary loss of 600,000,Mr. Timothy Robbins represented me. He intentionally withheld 10,000. awarded me by the court. The awarded check was in my name alone and was distributed at the end of Nov. 2010.Final distribution & closing of the case was done March of 2011 whereas all attornies were to be paid. Mr. Robbins was given the awarded check to distribute to me. He gave me a choice to either split the money with him under threat,or he would "tie it up" I told him he would be paid when all attornies would be,if he pursued his threat, there would be trouble.He witheld the check,I fired him, the court ordered him to get it to me 5 months later. I filed a grievance with WSBA in Jan. 2011,Aug.2011 they sided with him as suspected,they take care of their own.I got no response for months for requested counciling,witholding money at a time of hardship was selfish.
