Rose Leto represented me, and they do care about their clients.. She went above and beyond to make sure i got a fair settlement or closest thing to what fair is (it wasn't fair) but she would select good rehab people that she thought were a good fit based on my personality, and in the end we wrapped it up, and yes i wish it was more fair, but I hate to say it they is way way way worse than her. She is upfront and doesn't always sugar coat things, some people don't like her cause of that, but i appreciated it as long as it's within the boundaries of whats appropriate. Till today if I need anything she is still there for me and it's been like 6 years.. She got me housing, settlement, like idk what people expect..

Neinstein and Associates is a firm I would avoid at all costs. They are unprofessional and only out to serve their best interests. They do not care about you and your future. I was misled and not represented well by Rose Leto or Neinstein. They don't care about how you will live your life with a severe injury and did not fight to obtain the funds I would need for rehab or to survive through my injuries. Their only concern was settling and taking their "cut". I was told I would "feel better after getting a settlement", which obviously wasn't true for my permanent injuries. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

My experience in the last two years with Rose Leto has been nothing but positive. A professional through and through! This accident caused many hardships for me but I can honestly say I felt extremely confident having Rose in my corner. Her knowledge, time and time again, proved why she's in this profession and why she's great at her job. Not that I would want anyone to find themselves needing to have a Personal Injury lawyer, however, should you be in need, I highly recommend the services of Neinstein & Associates and, in particular, Rose Leto.

Rose Leto is an exemplary lawyer who is compassionate, caring and professional. She helped me through a very difficult and stressful time in my life. Rose was sensitive to the difficulties that I suffered as a result of my car accident and ensured that I received the very best medical treatments. She was assertive during a time where I was not able to be and she diligently ensured that every detail was taken care of. Rose listened and was responsive not only to my needs but, also to my family’s needs. Having such an excellent representative allowed me to cope and focus on my rehabilitation while the rest was looked after.
