Whenever I think of evil, I will always think of Jamie Fisher & Vibhu Talwar or Fisher & Talwar. I was rear-ended and hurt badly, including Surgery. They asked me to settle for a third of a $50,000 insurance policy with there being no third party, so I guess they wanted to cheat me. They then had me sign a Release out of desperation. They told me that they would not talk to Medical Providers. We I stated that I feared the hospital would take most of my settlement, they then contacted the hospital, against my will, and paid them a big chuck of my settlement; leaving me still injured and scheduled for physical therapy. At the end, they took 30% of what the Insurance company paid me for my property damage at the beginning of my case, which I asked them if they were to get any part of that, and they told me, "no" that that was all my money. Lastly, to gain complete control, they had my name removed from the settlement check, leaving Fisher & Talwar the only payees. They are the worst
