Got a 90 day IRP for refusal. I blew but my medical condition prevented me from blowing as hard as I could. Told the officer but they still took my license and impounded my vehicle. I researched and found Jennifer. She was very to the point, I mean right to the point with everything. Not a second was wasted. Extremely well articulated and knowledgable. She knows exactly what and how to present. I gave her all the medical documents and within 4 days after my oral review I had my license and vehicle back. A HUGE thank you to get as a burden has been lifted off of me and my innocence was proven, which is the main point. I reached out to Jennifer in regards to an IRP notice I was served. With her knowledge and expertise in the field she was able to get all tickets dropped and the IRP revoked. Jennifer was very professional, knew the exact information she needed and didn't waste any time by getting right to the facts that would help get the prohibition revoked. Without her assistance and knowledge in these legal matters there is no way I could have done this myself. He attention to detail and experience in resolving these cases is truly what allowed my IRP to be revoked. Jennifer made it part of her process to include my input. Whether it was used or not she took it and weight it’s merits. She communicated what she was doing and she outlined her plan.
I was pleased with her determined attitude to look for valuable points to be made.
As in all proceeding there are highs and unfortunate lows. In times of concern she stayed focused on the undisputed points and continued her plan to have these point be considered with significance.
We won our case and I can’t express how Thankful I was for this because there was a time when the case did not look winnable. I stress the most important aspect of working with Jennifer was the communication and working as one team.

Jennifer Currie is an excellent lawyer, I was charged with Dui and blow over .80 . I also received a driving prohibition and needed to install the interlock device in my car . I was a first time offender and I had had no idea the kind of trouble you could get into . I felt like the RCMP had treated me unfairly . After speaking with and hiring Jennifer , I felt that I had someone on my side and someone to help me clear my name . She was able to persuade the crown to reduce my charges to a fine under the motor vehicle act . No criminal record ! CJ
