This is a horrible lawyer. He is a pathological liar. He has been in psychiatric treatment for over 20 years and I should have known not to retain him. He was constantly sick throughout crucial times in my case. After he solicited my case from his best friend Lester Jones and discovered that the defense was not going to give him a pile of money in mediation, he continued to bait me into arguments in order to drop my case. I was too stupid to realize what this **** was doing to me because I was working and was focused on my case. As soon as he was served with an MSJ, he dropped my case and went to work for a defense firm who had a relationship with the firm that I was suing. He took all of my files to enemy camp without a conflict of interest clearance. A day before leaving for the new firm, he called me and told me lies regarding this business partner. 3 weeks before my opposition was due, he takes my case and looses and blames the judge. He is missing in action!
