I hired Kay Jackson to represent me for my separation and divorce from my ex husband. I hired her to help me obtain a fair and equitable settlement. But instead it seemed like she was working for my ex husband, because he hid assets and huge sums of money and was able get away with it because Kay Jackson was not interested in discovery of assets (finding the money). I made it out of that marriage alive, that's about all I can say. He kept the majority of our joint assets and also somehow got off the hook from paying alimony even though we were married nearly 20 years and he earned a huge salary while I earned pennies on the dollar in comparison to him. I also took care of our children, the home, the yard, the grocery shopping, the laundry, etc. Years later I am still suffering from the horrible outcome of my divorce while being represented by Kay Jackson. I will have to work until the day I die - on the other hand, my ex husband retired at a very young age and is living in luxury

I would recommend Kay to anyone going through a divorce . She had been my attorney twice and both times she has excelled and far exceeded my expectations.

Kay has always been very attentive to my needs and I do trust her judgment and directions that she gives to me. Kay got me custody of my children in my first marriage and we are very close to getting custody now in my second. I do expect to win this to with Kay`s help.

Kay is very dedicated to her client. She is prepared and is very assertive. Divorce is not something I thought I would ever go through and it would have been much more difficult without her by my side. Kay and her staff are very compassionate and truly cared about me and my case. I would recommend her for any type of domestic case.

I was looking for help after I found out my wife was cheating on me. Kay and her assistant Tonya were very helpful and compassionate. She helped me every step of the way, which was great, because I was crushed. Kay really fought with my X-wife's attourney over our assets and helped me get the resolution I wanted. She's tough but underatanding and in a situation like this I really needed that. Thanks to Kay and Tonya

Thank god she wasn't our lawyer.. She read off of a yellow notepad looked like a bunch of scribble. She had no evidence with her supporting any of her arguments. I wouldn't waste any money on her the judge told her to be quite I don't know how many times. Trying to make an amazing father look bad with no supporting evidence what so ever Just he say she say.

She is very horrible and responds slowly. Most time not at all. Took guardian off my case knowing that I was still being harrased and dad out of control. Putting may children and I very much in danger. Thanks to new attorney guardian ad liem is back on case and no thanks to Kay and her crew,she won't give up paperwork bc she never really did any to have in my file to begin with. She was on case on case 6 months and only thing done was my deposition and my lie detector test all for a divorce case. No one I have talked to has heard of that.
