I was being accused of shoplifting a $6.00 necklace which was on the shelf at the back of the store and I was at the front of the store. Mall security and a policeman (whom I still thank to this day for defending me) came to court to testify that nothing out of the ordinary had taken place. I was still found guilty. This lawyer never spoke with me on any type of strategy, nor did he explain what to even do or say in a courtroom. I had never been in a courtroom in my life. He never used the "possession is 9/10 of the law" argument. This necklace was not found on me and yet I lost this case. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.
