did nothing he said he would do for my accident claim,dropped the case because of personal reasons(he claimed)& commited libel towards myself ,now he put a lien on the settlement i negotiated with icbc.At my work i was making $45000 to $50000 a year,he wanted me to settle for $10,000.eventually i pushed until he wanted to settle for $33,000.!!! then he dropped out because of his personal issues he told me ,so i managed to negotiate $69,000 for a settlement with icbc,i'm currently putting a complaint into the bc law society ,i cant work fulltime any more & suffer chronic pain in the spinal cord & brain 24-7 ,i was a stone mason,now i'm on welfare ,the settlement would help me with my disabilities to start a part time self employment,I WOULD SUGGEST NOT USING THIS LAWYER ROBERT KWASNICKI FOR ANYTHING ,EXCEPT VERY SIMPLE STRAIGHT FORWARD BASIC PAPER WORK ,WITH AN EXACT PRICE QUOTE BEFORE HAND ,IN WRITING .IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS , My email :rollingstonemsm@hotmail.com STEPHEN SWEET

Robert is a great lawyer. He was very knowledgeable about the workings of ICBC, as well as the process for receiving and paying for treatments. He did a great job in fighting for me, and he let me know of all of the steps along the way. I ended up getting a great outcome, all thanks to Robert. Anyone with an ICBC claim would be in great hands with him.

Robert handled my claim against ICBC. He was very responsive and seemed to be a hard worker. And I was most happy with the end result!
