after he dropped my case against icbc ,I was forced to represent myself & received twice as much, then he came and took a 3rd for MY work I did after he said he dropped my case due to personal reasons. Any lawyer is allowed to do so in BC Once you sign the contract, and they fail & or quit, if you get a settlement, they are still entitled to a third. Think about what type of person takes a third of someone else work ,that lost a $45000 to $50000 a year job and was 100% a victim of an accident, receiving 2 dislocated neck disc and 4 in the back and a severe concussion that stopped me from driving for 3.5 yrs, I still suffer from 24-7 chronic pain, I take no painpills, had both arms ripped out of socket and am still rebuilding my body after 4.5 yrs of physio. Again I ask again who would take a third of a settlement they quit from due to personal issues and the client under severe head trauma had to negotiate with icbc and only got a years wages and a small amount for pain and suffering.

did nothing he said he would do for my accident claim,dropped the case because of personal reasons(he claimed)& commited libel towards myself ,now he put a lien on the settlement i negotiated with icbc.At my work i was making $45000 to $50000 a year,he wanted me to settle for $10,000.eventually i pushed until he wanted to settle for $33,000.!!! then he dropped out because of his personal issues he told me ,so i managed to negotiate $69,000 for a settlement with icbc,i'm currently putting a complaint into the bc law society ,i cant work fulltime any more & suffer chronic pain in the spinal cord & brain 24-7 ,i was a stone mason,now i'm on welfare ,the settlement would help me with my disabilities to start a part time self employment,I WOULD SUGGEST NOT USING THIS LAWYER ROBERT KWASNICKI FOR ANYTHING ,EXCEPT VERY SIMPLE STRAIGHT FORWARD BASIC PAPER WORK ,WITH AN EXACT PRICE QUOTE BEFORE HAND ,IN WRITING .IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS , My email :rollingstonemsm@hotmail.com STEPHEN SWEET

Robert Kwasnicki assisted me with a personal injury claim I suffered in a car accident. Robert is a great lawyer. He was very knowledgeable about the workings of ICBC, as well as the process for receiving and paying for treatments. Robert is a very caring and compassionate lawyer. He took all of the time that I needed to explain everything to me and also to listen to me.
