Justice Alex Pazaratz failed to read my materials corresponding to a case conference. Multiple times during the case conference he told the lawyers to "shut up" and even said "I don't care" when the lawyer raised the concern about a child abuse charge on the other parent. This judge didn't care for professional third party supervised visits, he was all for letting the child abuser to have visits in his home and raised over nights. He told the mother that she was a mother making bad decisions because she wasn't listening to his advice and threatened her by saying you are in for a rude awakening. Please don't accept this judge as a judge on your case when dealing with any issues of child abuse or domestic violence he is terrible and shouldn't even be in this position to dictate the law. This judge ordered mediation and a family wizard app for co parenting which is all irrelevant when we are dealing with a child abuse who is the father. More people should report him to the CJC.

In 2007 J. Pazaratz ignored the recommendations of the Children's Lawyer and ordered sole custody of the 7-year old child to the mother. Over the years, this resulted in the child being abused to the point of trying to commit suicide twice. The child dropped school, got an addiction problem. Finally, she moved with her father when she turned 16. It took four years for the child to recover, she is finally in college and doing very well.

I just expieranced Justice Pararatz qnd I think he was an amazing judge. He didnt sugar coat anything he called the other parties out for there lies. He was truly in the best interest of the child and I think that is important in the family court system.ither reviews state hes against women and that's not true I am a woman and I presented all true evidence and he made a order in the best interest of the child.i use to think money talks in court but the honourable judge Pararatz brought trust and the truth into the court room. I feel anyone with complaints are from the ones who lied or weren't thinking of the best interest of the child. Yes he is very outspoken but that's what parents need. Yes the truth sometimes hurt but it's not about us the parents it about the child. He us a great judge and I have good faith that this judge cares for the children and makes the best decisions to give the children the best life possible.we need more judges like him!

You can’t get anyone in the media to report negatively on this brutal judge, he needs to be fired immediately, he used to work for the Hamilton spectator and I imagine he has a lot of friends in the media industry he likely is abusing, this clown refuses to let me see my child and also was found to have stated that medical reports by an unlicensed psychologist were ... impeccable! This causes a lot of children to be taken away from there families unlawfully, now there a lawsuit regarding it and the law society and province are scrambling to figure out how to fix the mistakes, while this biased and unlawful judge thinks it’s fine to affect people’s lives I think it would be more effective to put his son Michael out of business and develop free apps similar to his kids, the judicial council will never punish this judge who has no business working with people. If this judge wants to create problems with people he should also know some of them have money to do something about it.

Alex Pazaratz he might as well have held my ex’s hand the display of disregard for law or fairness is enough to be removed.In my case Pazaratz I can honestly say has done unlawful things literally is biased. my case Justice Pazaratz unlawfully made two emergency rulings unlawfully without consent while there was no actual danger, in addition to those biased decisions, he improperly interfered with my civil litigation case of which now a Toronto judge admitted.He refused to sign a consent motion meaning my ex and I have no choice but to stay in court. the cherry is the Judge worked with Junger to completely deny me a trial managment conference that was ordered by Justice Maddison he considers me an idiot for following her order he claims he reviewed the case.CJC asked me the file a complaint as it’s unheard of they want answers. Forgot to mention there’s an inquiry open on him with the Justice department he doesnt know cause it’s not over. He barely talks about kids isn’t that his job?

I also truly believe he has it in for women. mine was an abuse case as well He completely ignored important proven facts He should NEVER be allowed to judge when abuse is a factor although I have full custody and father is court ordered to not see child I had to fight hard 3 years for this, while all along judge was calling me difficult etc. I am guessing the good reviews are from men or non abuse cases I am VERY interested in following up with the woman above who stated she is pursuing a social justice case I have sent her a text hopefully the number is still active

I was horrified to hear the garbage out of this man's mouth. He clearly hates women. I wonder if he was a "child support " paying father, or someone in his immediate family (ie. daughter)? Clearly, he has a ginormous chip on his shoulder with us who have marital/financial issues. This man is a bitter bully and should be fired.

I think Justice Pazaratz has been one of the most careful and thoughtful Judges I have encountered. People on the losing side are always going to be unhappy and think they were treated unfairly. There are children at the heart of these decisions and tough decisions have to be made. If parents could amicably agree on issues they wouldn't end up in front of a judge. He's been fair but no nonsense . Quit cryin' folks.

Seems like he is bored with the whole process. Stares out the window all the time. Really doesn't care about what is best for the children. Hamilton court system is like dealing with the wild west. If the Judge likes you - you win, if they don't :( You would expect all family law Judges to have a through understanding of income tax law and the implications to income, since that is what spousal and child support is based upon....wrong. If he doesn't like you, his ruling will reflect that so you better be prepared to know your case law and income tax law. Truth, honesty and fairness means.....nothing. All Judges should have to take a "Judge Judy" course. Know how to be a judge not a lawyer - ask questions. You know lawyers are liers. People are trusting you with their lives. Get to the truth...you have been placed in a very important position. Respect your power.

Not flexible, stubborn and does not admit to own mistakes he made, should be removed from being a judge ASAP. He brakes family and practically hurts children. He is never about children!!! Makes case more complicated than really is, to pain himself as good professional judge. Very biased too.

Will seem to be the nicest Judge in the world before he screws you. Somehow this Judge thought it fair that my ex gets 200K, I get 0 and 40K remained in trust. Then he thought 500 per month in spousal support was correct on top of child support. The correct answer was zero which is what I pay now. Because of him the ex still owes me 25,000 which I might never see. I have basically reversed all his judgements at a monetary and health cost to myself. Should be removed from the bench ASAP
