Warning Warning, do not hiring Robert Weckworth as your attorney, he is the worst attorney I have ever known. I hired him to represent me in an alimony case, he came to court unprepared did not have a plan of attack to defend me at all. Wanted me to agree to everything my ex wife attorney offered up. I felt like my ex wife had two attorneys in that court house that day. I paid this man good money to represent me and I was not pleased at all with his ability to represent, he had no knowledge of what to do, he went off my ex wife attorney ideals, it was obvious that he did not do his homework or research to prepare for my case.

Mr. Weckworth did a fantastic job with my stepsons child custody case. If you want someone to fight for you this guy is the one to choose. He got my stepson a court date in no time. We would recommend this lawyer 100%.

I cannot recommend Mr. Weckworth enough- he is highly knowledgable, very accessible, and his tenacity is just what we needed in our case. He helped us in a paternal custody case and we went from having 2/5 custody to 50/50. He was very professional and calming in a potentially very volitile situation. I HIGHLY recommend him!
