This was the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. He was actually a defense attorney and convinced me that he did plaintiffs work. He constantly disappeared, delayed my case twice without my authorization and after I retained him, he dumped all of the work on a young associate and disappeared. He never took the time to learn the facts of the case. He was only interested in making a quick dollar through mediation. After a failed mediation, he wanted off the case. He ended up abandoning my case in order to work for a firm which hand a conflict of interest with the individuals I was suing. This attorney never returned phone calls, was always rude whenever he was around. He lied about taking important declarations and depositions. He lost my case in a MSJ hearing and blamed the Judge which was the only explanation I have ever heard from him. He disappeared and I have never heard from him since. I would never recommend this attorney or the firm he is affiliated.
