After wasting $15,000 at Galbraith, Kim took over my divorce negotiations, picked up on illegal negotiations and got the job in in a mere 4 months after 18 months with the other clowns. Knowledgeable, doesn’t waste time, gets the job done justifiably.

Works for you as long as you can pay the exorbitant fees; keeps things going longer than necessary, until your money is gone, and then abandons you. Appears to be all about making money for herself, not resolution.

She makes things up to deplete families resources, keeps the fight going & inflames naive clients to pay off her children’s education - her mortgage & lifestyle - while families lose everything to the greediest degree... who knows how to manipulate the system to her personal cash benefits.

I would recommend Kim to anyone who is serious about getting what you deserve. She communicated with me on a personal level, always returning my calls, etc.My ex was going for 'my' juglar and it was returned. He went thru more than one lawyer because he wasn't getting what he thought I deserved. In the end, by the law, I received what I was entitled to thanks to Kim.

Do not use this lawyer. Her focus is to keep the exorbitant fees coming, not resolution. Her work is sloppy. In spite of being provided with precise information, documents are full of errors. Each time everything has to be repeatedly redone yet again it costs. Documentation provided goes missing. She does not listen and ignores avenues that might be favourable. Telephone calls are not returned, leaving you stranded at critical times. Worst of all is that she is ice cold. Your wellbeing and future is clearly of no concern to her...just getting your money. Well over $6,000 spent with absolutely nothing accomplished. Had to start over.

She knows alot, and knows the judges and the courts, she is a strong advocate and many lawyers are threatned by her, that's why i hired her, and to scare my ex. She knew more than any of the others I consulted with on a lot of issues and you want a lawyer with experience. Someone said she was fired from all these firms, but she is a partner, and was at Barriston's, they can't be fired. I think some of the comments are written by lawyers themselves against her. I think she was great and she helped me alot. She's fantastic to have on your side and you will be in a better position with her than anyone else in this town.

I would never recommend her. I was told she would go for the jugular instead she aimed and missed the ankle. It would take days for her to respond, she messed up my court order when I asked about it before I signed she implied I didn't have a clue and in turn not only did my ex get away with abandoning the children and me he didn't have to pay support on his earnings. I gave her most of the file that she returned, she missed sending in a request for RRSP split and if I didn't continue to call or email every few days I would get lost in the pile (this took 1.3 years). She charged me way too much $6000.00 and I got nothing in return....she did give me one good piece of advice though and that was to go to the land transfer office to get a copy of his new home purchase, which proved he lied on his annual income. Oh, if you are rich she may be better

I went to Kim because she is known to be tenacious in representing her clients. Shortly after dealing with her and Barriston Law, I realized that her tenacity is directly proportional to your bank account. Her firm pushed me to settle for an outrageous and impossible amount when they realized that my bank account was depleting. I pleaded for a payment plan for them to keep representing me, at which point they completely dropped me like a flat rock.

Kim Kieller is tenacious until your money runs out and seems to keep the issues going until that can happen. Then she abandons you. Lawyers are the only real winners in these altercations and nowhere is that more true than with Kim Kieller.
