This lawyer was recommended for a R.E. transaction and seem like a straight shooter initially. Unfortunately, when rater got to the closing, there was NOT enough time to read ALL the docs on closing table then sign before Troiano announced he had to leave to go to another closing. He said he'd phone me that P.M. at agreed upon time which he did. But he announced that I had breached the contract because all those docs were not entered into the Boston Registry bf it closed that same day! He NEVER told me that!!!And, the sale did NOT go through! Hence, the seller's husband who is an attorney filed a Breach of Contract suit against me-even though I was NOT the one at fault for all those docs not getting to local registry on time. Do NOT use this atty. for any R.E. transaction unless you just want to give your hard-earned dollars away for nothing!...Call the Boston Bar Referral Service and get an ethical recommended lawyer to help you ethically-
