I hired this attorney for a simple divorce. She did not perform any of the tasks I hired her for and simply enflamed the situation. I terminated her after she amassed over $2,000 in fees because she couldn't be reached for weeks at a time and inaction. Upon her termination she was asked to send the remaining retainer money to me ASAP so I could hire a new attorney. After 3 weeks of calling and e-mailing for my response, she sent the remainder of my retainer and a CD containing what little she did on my case to my ex-wife instead of me or my new attorney. I am still waiting to hear from this attorney as to why she did this and for my refund.
