OMG I am so screwed due to this CRIMINAL attorney who is one himself. He took thousands from me and I never met him neither. I met his partner in crime Arthur Cortez who's supposably his office manager and then Bob sends other attys to court on his behalf. He threatened me for more money then when I told him to****off and die due to me initially realizing when I reatined him I meant to hire Robert Bernstein in stead thinking Bob is shirt for Robert. WOW what a mistake I made that's for sure! Then he threatened me many times to withdrawal from my case and then the **** himself doesn't even tell me about a court date while I'm out of state on business and goes to court without me to get me a Warrant for my arrest! OMG I'm devastated and I lost my children due to him then he fricken sends a letter of cessation closing his office which at that time I emailed him and told his ass off trust me then he dies. Hate to say this but good NOW God gets to judge his ass!

Mr. Bernstein and his staff are incredible! I feel very thankful that they all came through for me on a drop of a dime to file my emerg. federal writ. They are all very professional and get things done. I highly recommend them and only recommend them for criminal defense! Terrific and deserve a million stars! God Bless you all!!

My family and I were at the point of giving up. Mr. Bernstein gave me my freedom back. His concern for my well being, his professional handling and genuine care gave me hope which at the end gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend Mr. Bernstein and I ma very appreciative of his efforts.

I read up about Mr. Bernstein on his web site and he had so much experience and great results, however I also came across some junk comments which don't make sense because he saved my daughter from going to prison for 18 years which is what the the DA was strict on pushing. I was always able to meet with him, and his staff was always very helpful and professional. I would recommend his law firm 100%. Thank you Mr. Bernstein, you truly care.

Be very careful if you come across this Attorney. He also goes by the name Bob Bernstein. He is a criminal defense lawyer who has his Corp. in Burbank, but no one will give an exact address for his office. I don't think he has one. You will only talk with him via cell phone through an agent named Art Cortez if you ever go to retain him. He lives in Studio City, from my research. This man had his license suspended in 97 by the State bar for 6 mos. for stealing from clients and not performing work. He was put on probation for a year after that. When he reinstated, he began going by "Bob" Bernstein, and to date he vacillates between the two names and various Corporation names - "Bernstein Law Offices, Law Offices of Barry Bernstein," to evade being sued. Cortez will meet with you making all kinds of promises Bernstein will work hard for you, Bernstein will confirm via phone. They will take thousands and do nothing. The retainer contract is designed for him to get away with it
