Did not negotiated terms or his percentage after he said he would. Does not return calls on a timely manner nor provides clear information on the status of the case.He stated that he has sent correspondence to collect on a check that has not been cashed but he has not provided me with such correspondence.He did not negotiate,after he settled he sent check without signature to his percentage, and I ended up paying the medical bills.I believe Mr/ Natt Portugal acted unethically.
