Terrible lawyer, do not go to him for any cases, including traffic occurrences. He makes promises but doesn’t fulfil it. After repeating multiple times I cannot get a witness to sign a disclosure to release a 911 recording, his office still doesn’t understand that I have a court order not to talk to that person, proof sent to them with a court recognizance paper. They still didn’t listen and failed to defend the accident occurrences as a defendant. Never again will recommend or go to him at all. I have myself a family lawyer who’s a close friend, contact me for his name and I will guarantee you 100%, my lawyer will win your case and is always prompt than this Brij Mohan. Retire or don’t make promises you cannot keep. Hope you read this and consider. ???

What I really liked about Brij Mohan & Associates is that they always call back the same day you leave a message. I have heard some lawyers not returns calls for a week. The staff is super friendly and very down to earth and make you feel comfortable. Being injured in a serious car accident was extremely difficult and the caring nature of the office made me feel like I mattered. I was not sure about hiring a lawyer at first for my car accident claim, but I was so lucky to have hired Brij Mohan law office.

Be careful, Mr. Mohan will promise a lot but when it comes to delivering, it is nothing close to what he promised. I had a car accident and had pre-existing medical problem, however when it comes to settlement, when he promised the pre-existing will make the case stronger however I spent over $30,000.00 on medical care, lost my job. When he accepted the case, he promised so much but when it comes to settlement he used my pre-existing condition as a reason for a very low settlement. I wish I knew what I was getting into earlier and I would just deal with ICBC.
