First let me say that Mr Grasso is the most down to earth and truly caring person I have ever delt with. I had a speeding ticket, 112mph in a 45mph zone and a wreakless driving on top of it. I first had a different lawyer and went to court, that lawyer had a deal made with the prosicuter for me to lose my license. I disagreed with that and then found Mr grasso. The man is a pitbull, not only did he save my license, but I only got 4 points and a $300.00 fine including court cost. He is unbelievable. He will be only lawyer that me and my family will ever use again. If you use anyone else other than Mr Grasso to represent you, you are risking the best possible outcome for your case. I hired mr Grasso after reading all of his reviews and recommendations given to me by others that had used him. I needed help with a dog bite case and wasn't sure if he got involved with these matters. Fortunately , he was willing to take the case, and I'm sure glad he did. He went out of the way treating ours dogs as if they were a family member, and made sure that everything was going to be ok. It's rare that justice is found in cases with dog bites, but Mr. Grasso made sure everyone understood the facts and how the dogs natural instinct of protection was the reason my wife and son ended up unharmed. Arrested on the Parkway in South Jersey by Police after a night of drinking. I blew .13 BAC, failed all field sobriety tests & got arrested on the spot. Mike got all tickets & charges dismissed, with no loss of license?! AMAZING. I was facing 2 charges–either a DWI charge w 7 mos loss of license, 12 hrs of IDRC, $3k in MVC surcharges, $650 in fines & costs & I would always have the DWI on my record. Being a professional – this could NOT happen. The other possible charge was a Reckless Driving, facing 90 days loss of license, $250 fine & 5 MVC points, with surcharges. I couldn't ask for a better attorney for my case. I was charged with a dui, drug paraphernalia, possession, and a few minor tickets as well. Mr. Grasso was definitely the man for the job. He wasn't stopping with the case until I was more then satisfied with what they wanted to give me. After nine months of going back and forth, using Mr. Grasso's time and knowledge to its fullest, we came to an agreement. Mr. Grasso got all my drug charges, minor tickets dropped, and my dui down to a baby dui which is what I wanted. I was looking at close to three and a half years loss of license and fines that I could not afford. My final out come was a three month suspension. For anyone looking for a top notch attorney you can trust Michael Grasso to get the job done. I am so confident in his skills that I would recommend him to anyone who has recently received a DUI. The law is so harsh and you need someone with the knowledge, experience, and determination that Mr.Grasso has. He was able to get me only 90 days lose of license and no interlock device and a low tier first offense DUI. With the BAC reading I had, I would have received 7 months lose of license and 6 month interlock device thereafter. The cost of which would have outweighed attorney fees greatly. He was able to find several faults in the discover and provided expert testimony which lead to this outcome. Other lawyers would have not fought as hard as he did for me and I am very grateful for this. This is the second time that I have use Michael Grasso for a domestic violence case. The first time was to get a final restraining order in 2011. Now in 2014 my ex filed a motion to dismiss the restraining order. Well stressed beyond believe I contacted Mike Grasso. The next morning I went to see him and Mike looked at me and assured me with confidence to not worry about this, that the order would remain in effect. Not only did he calm me down and assure me that the order would remain in effect, but he told me that he would get this crazy ex to pay my attorney fees for continuing to harass me. I will say I was very confident at that point.
So we went to court and again Mike showed up and kept me calm and assured me again that we got this and he was going to HAMMER my ex. Well we were the first case and sure enough Mike put it to him. The outcome was the judge kept the FRO in place without any questions and awarded that my ex pay all of my attorney fees. Mike is the BEST!!!

I received 2 traffic violation tickets. One would've been 5 points on my license if I had pled guilty. I definitely needed legal representation ! I chose Mr. Grasso based on comments on this website. I called him and he returned my call very quickly. On my court date I was nervous since I haven't been to traffic court in over a decade. I was looking at 3-5 years in prison. Although my case did not look good Mike spent countless hours with me and looking through the case to do anything he could. I was recently represented by grasso in the municipal court of howell and cant tell you how much he took the weight off my shoulders. I was charged with everthing under the sun between possession, intent to distribute, resisting arrest the list goes on. Going into Grasso's office, he always gave me an answer that would have me leaving more than confident as if this incident never took place. I was looking at a loss of license for a year and 10 points, he had it reduce to 2 points and a loss of license for one week. I am truly grateful. I would recommend Michael A Grasso to anyone. Micheal Grasso is an excellent lawyer. I was in a very bad situation with 2nd degree charges, facing up to 10 years in a state prison and Mr. Grasso did everything in his power, fought long and hard, to get me out of the prison time and the 2nd degree charges with 3 years of probation. My son was in a very serious situation and faced jail time. We had a lawyer that gave such bad advice that made my son's case and situation worse. Thank goodness Grasso gave us hope and said to leave it in his hands and he will fight for my son. He did just that! My son's charges were dismissed last summer. Grasso gave my son a second chance. Not only did he defend him legally but he spoke to him about changing his life and not getting into trouble anymore. I would recommend this lawyer. Another wonderful thing was that he was always reachable. If he didnt answer he would call back and always answered every question and never acted like we were bothering him. My 1st attorney never answered or called back, even when my son was arrested and going to jail!

Michael Grasso is someone I would recommend to anyone who needs a professional well spoken lawyer to represent them in any legal circumstances. Grasso met my seemingly no win situation which was comprised of several motor vehicle charges (DWI) as well as some criminal charges with a cool and calm attitude.
