First let me say that Mr Grasso is the most down to earth and truly caring person I have ever delt with. I had a speeding ticket, 112mph in a 45mph zone and a wreakless driving on top of it. I first had a different lawyer and went to court, that lawyer had a deal made with the prosicuter for me to lose my license. I disagreed with that and then found Mr grasso. The man is a pitbull, not only did he save my license, but I only got 4 points and a $300.00 fine including court cost. He is unbelievable. He will be only lawyer that me and my family will ever use again. If you use anyone else other than Mr Grasso to represent you, you are risking the best possible outcome for your case. Michael Grasso = Miracle Worker, but he is so much more than that. Michael is a lawyer that genuinely cares about his clients and has saved my life and my driver’s license on quite a few different occasions including earlier today by getting a MANDATORY DL SUSPENSION fully dropped. I hired Mr. Grasso for 2 domestic violence incidents and both were outright dismissed, the best part is that I never had to speak. He destroyed my adversary in a restraining order case and the other case was over in 14 minutes! He has left an impression on me personally where I have improved my decisions based on his advice. When I was charged with DUI, I had very little knowledge of how the next few months would be handled - especially related to the legal system. I had been left with a fairly bleak outlook of the case against me, based on my treatment immediately following the charge. Mike wasted no time restoring my confidence in myself, and he did so through his confident, effective approach to the case. Michael Grasso went above and beyond for my case. I was in a motor vehicle accident, my air bags went off and I was charged with a DUI when I blew above the legal limit. I was feeling very low at this point in my life. When I hired Michael Grasso he assured me he would fight for me until the very end. Michael Grasso is without a doubt an expert in criminal defense. He has represented me several times and has not disappointed. During my last case, Michael had a 3rd DEGREE POSSESSION of HEROIN CHARGE dismissed because of unlawful search. Such Aggressive representation! He fought the state tooth and nail and protected my best interests. I was facing 5 years of New Jersey State prison time because this was not my first arrest with cds and he had it DISMISSED. Mike Grasso is amazing attorney I highly recommend him. On my first case Mike represented me I was facing my 3rd DUI mandatory jail time and 10yr loss of license.. He knocked it down to only a 6month loss of license with no jail time or community service.. Unfortunetly I got in trouble again with a fourth DUI mandatory jail time and over a 10 yr loss of licens, and onece again I was thankful to have Mike represent me.. He got my fourth DUI knocked down to community service with only a 2yr loss of license! Not only is Michael amazing at his job but he has always been their for me not only inside the court room but also outside as a great family friend!!

Out of hundreds of NJ criminal lawyers to choose from, I honestly recommend Michael Grasso. Unfortunately not only once, but twice I needed his brutal confidence and winning drive in the courtroom. My most recent charges were 2nd DWI, hit and run, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, and obstructing police investigation. Two municipalities were determined to prove me guilty in this convoluted legal mess I was in. I think I got 11 tickets in one night. I left with a reckless and 3 mo license suspension because Mike got every other charge DISMISSED!!

I was recently represented by grasso in the municipal court of howell and cant tell you how much he took the weight off my shoulders. I was charged with everthing under the sun between possession, intent to distribute, resisting arrest the list goes on. Going into Grasso's office, he always gave me an answer that would have me leaving more than confident as if this incident never took place. I say he truly understands people who make mistakes no matter what the case is. In my case I was more of a victim to the howell police department. They raided my house and car for and only ended finding 2 bags of weed in my house and 1 in my car, thinking they were going to get a big time drug dealer. Showing up with the warrents Mike immediately points out what they did wrong, which is the main reason why I'm still driving today. The value for his work was well worth it, considering what the situation was, he met me half way. I highly recommend Micheal Grasso as your lawyer and representative
