This guy is awful! Never returns emails or calls. Never has answers to questions. Didn't even send the bk info to all my creditors. Didn't try to get my garnished funds back. Currently seeking new counsel

Justin was eager to take my daughter's $2000 nearly two years ago but has never closed her case. He does not return emails or follow thru. I have NEVER heard of a less professional attorney.

Negative he always seems to busy to help his client he doesn't give you any knowledge of the whole bankruptcy process and whats going on. Also never answers the phone nor does his assistant. I've been waiting on paperwork to send to one of my debts for almost two months and everytime i get a chance to talk to him he says the same thing its in the mail.. i would rate him a 5 out of 10 >> would not recommend him to anyone else
