Sure everyone in the courthouse knows mr. Cool. But this guy allowed a mistake of the courts giving away my parental rights away and did nothing about it for 8 months. I was fed up and had to retain new counsel. He never knew what was happening in my case and his staff informed me that he only glances over cases the morning of the hearing. No wonder. Frustrated, I took my papers to another atty who clearly understood what had happened with in 15 minutes. This is not the 1st time I've had to seek help when I could not get help from deller and his staff. I will be filing a formal complaint. I've found out he's left other people hanging and has a horrible reputation for doing close to nothing. If only I had known I wouldn't be so stressed and having to deal with the aftermath of someone not willing to fight. I regret meeting robert deller. Two people in deller's office worth something are lisa & derrick.

was busted for signing other names on checks and paperwork, with held money from client and court and lied to try to cover up the 4,000$ he was trying to steal its on file check
