Attorney is not forthcoming. When he probated my father's estate, he was asked four times for the cost. He avoided answering and we were surprised by a large bill for a small estate. Further, he sometimes took actions w/o discussing them. Some were unnecessary and not used, yet we were still charged. Further, my father used him for estate planning. None of my father's goals were accomplished and being an elderly client he never truly understood the bottom line. He is personable and may be effective in some circumstances. In our case, I feel that he cost us far too much money for the services he provided.
