The previous comment is obviously written by someone with some real issues with attorneys in general. Mr. Ferguson has represented me on a couple of cases and I found him to be exceptional. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommoend him to anyone who wants there case handled properly.

This attorney said my case would only cost $1000.00 This was a frivolous motion filed by my ex-husband seeking $2000.00 from me. When all was said and done, I did not have to pay the $2000.00, (which I knew I wouldn't have to), but was billed $4800.00 from this unethical attorney. His billing system is horrible, and he did not carry out any of my requests. So I file a complaint with the fee ethics board, which were more lawyers, and they rule in his favor....surprise! Please tell me who would spend $4800.00 to not pat $2000.00. This lawyer is absolute scum of the earth...
