Find a better attorney. Paperwork lost on several occasions. They will tell you they emailed your or called you. Not true. This place is a mill. Everything is handled by junior associates who have very brief stays with his office. Go elsewhere!

This guy is bad for business. Once you pay him he suddenly is too busy to return a call. Im still waiting for him to file my case but he refuses to return my calls or emails so payment can be processed. Was my 800.00 for nothing. Im reporting him. Maybe then he will stop taking advantage of people in need of bankruptcy protection.

The guy will make you think he is the nicest lawyer you ever met. Once he has you pay in full amount with cashiers check. Then you find out that one he has your money he dont care about you. I emailed him weeks go by no reply, I phoned his office always the message machine click on. When he was wanting us to sign a contract with him before he got our money he would pick up the phone or in a short time later call us back.
