DO NOT USE DEAN OLIPHANT. If you have kids in your divorce case, do not use Dean Oliphant. He will ruin any chance of co-parenting and will only run up legal bills. Take my warning, he will not work for you or what is right, only for what racks up his legal billing hours. DO NOT USE DEAN OLIPHANT.

No structure, no direction, after a year still in the same spot with a huge amount of debt. I met a new lawyer and within 1 hour we had a good plan. do not waste your money on this guy. At over $300 an hour it is just a huge waste.

Hard working and very caring. Great choice when you need help with a family law problem. He probably will help in other areas of the law too. Reasonable approach. Fair billing. Nice guy.

I was referred to Dean by a former paralegal during a messy separation and custody battle. There was a lot on the line but with Dean, I knew that he not only had my best interest at heart, but that he would be relentless and professional in getting me the results I wanted and needed. We worked together for nearly 18 months, and I don’t think he will ever know what his hard work and diligence meant for my life and the life of my young child long term.
Dean was responsive, communicative, and often astonished me with his comprehensive knowledge of law, and more specifically family law. Deana, his assistant is incredibly helpful in every capacity. If Dean can’t get an answer to you immediately, she will assist and usually resolve anything you need help with. They are a wonderful team, and I was lucky to have them on my side when I needed help during some of the most difficult times in my life.

I mistakenly hired hime for my divorce and unfortunately he was bias and liked my ex more than me his client. He was unable i mean unwilling to advise me of my rights, he was only interested in money and the value of his workmanship was nothing more than abuse.

He's great. Listens, gets to the point, advises you of best case and worst case scenarios, assertive, smart. I'm sure he does more law than just family law.
