Erika has truly been a breath of fresh air in a world where immigrants are in fear of their lives, whether they have legal status or not. I hired an attorney in 2017 who was completely negligent and nearly ruined my chance of having legal status in the US. After hiring Erika, I truly feel that it was one of the best decisions I've made for me and my family. My experience with her was a million out of 10. She was nurturing like a mom, there for me like a friend, and was there to defend me just like an attorney is supposed to. Erika does not take no for an answer. We went to other attorneys but she got the job done. She fought like a lion for my husband, was extremely prepared to fight the government's case and we won! She worked with us on payments and have a heart of gold.

She is one of the worst oUT there. She's extremely unethical. You can't say she's wrong because she will talk over you. U basically paid her to tell at me. Horrible horrible service. They never return calls. The only time they call is when they want money. They wait til the last minute to call u but it's not to ask for documents but to charge. When she goes to court she is never prepared. And tells the judge that she needs time, when she was the irresponsible one to not ask for documents with time. Everyone should run as far as they can from this thief.

I opened a case with this attorney. She did a good job on my husbands case. Erika went to court to fight my husbands case and was able to get him a bond. I'm so happy to have him home. I hope soon my husband can get his green card. Thank you guys for everything.

When I decided to become a citizen, my first choice was to definitely come to Erika. I got to know Erika about two years ago when she worked on an immigration case for a family member of mine. It was a stressful as he was in removal/deportation proceedings and it was an extremely difficult case. Erika had such a positive attitude and so much hope, even when things didn't look good. She has the experience, patience and knowledge to tackle any situation and the persistence to never give up. In the end, we won the case. Now, in my journey towards citizenship, it was a flawless process and went very fast with no problems. She gave me her full attention and dedication. I was refereed to Erika from a friend who has used her in the past, I have to say after meeting with Erika my stress was gone, Erika made sure to listen to us and answer every question we had, she was always responsive when we needed her, she guided us the right way and assured us things will get done. My wife is from the UK so we had a lot more questions and Erika made sure she answered them all.
Every time I sent an email or a text to Erika I got a response with in a timely manner, she is very professional well organized and listens which is key! My wife and I recently had out interview and the process took about ten minutes, the gal at immigration said “ you guys have a great package” with that said my wife received her green card, Erika let her work do the talking, she is very confident and knows what she’s doing, I can go on and on about her, at the end of the day she made the process smooth, I would definitely recommend you give her a call.

We had an extremely difficult case. Our father is mentally ill with a criminal record. ICE is cracking down on immigrants with a criminal history. They took our father to Adelanto detention center. We researched Attorneys in depth. Erika Roman was highly recommended to us. The moment I spoke to her I felt as ease. She first researches his case before accepting to take it. She stated that she will not take a case without believing she can win. I think that is the most morally, ethical comment an Attorney can make. She is not in it for the money; she really cares and works from her heart. She worked diligently to have our father released and she won! We strongly recommend Erika Roman. We tried to have her help us with simple forms. The only meeting she show up for on time for was one where we gave her the "retainer fee" check. We ask Ms. Erika for our paperworks when she was late by many month file our paperworks. She no give it to us. Stopped answering phone call. Once we ask question she hang up phone. She refuse to talk to us. This woman let dates pass that were much important. She make insult at us!! I have much heart pain she is bad lawyer!! Do not use her!!! Yes, some attorneys cost $$$$, but you will not have heart pain!!!

I had contracted Erika Roman to handle my immigration case. She was very friendly until after I gave her the check. Once she had my money she:
1. Erica Roman Ignored my calls and emails inquiring into the case
2. Repeatedly lied about the progress of my case.
3. Has made appointments and NOT shown up or canceled with very little warning.
I actually caught Erica Roman lying 2 or 3 times claiming to have filed my case with the government only to learn months later that she in fact had not. My case is still not resolved and she is now refusing to hand over vital paperwork to my new attorney. WATCH OUT. ERICA ROMAN IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
