Several years ago, Mr. Friday was referred to me by a friend. My parents had been rear ended in Pittsburg, PA by an inexperienced driver. He was texting while driving and plowed into my parents while going pretty fast. My parents are older and suffered serious injuries. The kid’s insurance company approached my parents with a very low offer the accident. Mr. Friday took their case and got almost 4 times the amount of what the insurance company offered. My entire family is very grateful for what he did for my parents.

No consistency in office communication. Bad mouthed me n my . Over seven yrs still waiting for resolution. Insists on settling case even though it was costing me future disability payments in excess of $200k. Refusing to discuss any plans to rectify situation. Stopped working on my case 11/15. Constantly told him I couldn't lose my current ssd or LTD monthly income. He had the disability contract back in 2012. I suffered traumatic brain injury, cardiac injury, back injury, orthopedic injury, subsequently major depressive disorder, divorce, visual disturbances causing revocation of driving ability, declared unable to work in the future. Held a masters degree in pediatrics n neonatal nursing, and worked in anesthesia as well. Attorney Friday is now threatening me with a court motion to accept a settlement amount. Told me yesterday not to call his office again. Stating harrassment. Apparently my attempt to complete this process is now harrassmeny? UNPROFESSIONAL. I PRAY FOR HIM.

Hired Mr. Friday his help was none. He hurt our case instead of helping. Couldn't tell which side he was on. Had a good close after he butchered our case.
