Andrew Feldstein is knowledgeable and assertive in litigation, but his firm’s structure feels inefficient and impersonal. The strategy was set early through one 30 min meeting without fully considering the evolving nature of the case or dynamics like control. Communication was through a capable assistant, but everything still had to go through Andrew. Though framed as cost-saving, the lack of direct access and personal meetings led to increased costs. If you have a large budget and want aggressive litigation, Andrew may be a good fit. But if you’re cost-sensitive or looking for a more responsive and personalized approach, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Andrew has the tenacity of a limp worm. He never once over the almost 10 years of being my lawyer truely stood up for me and was only ever worried about optics in court and how I will look like the good guy who bent over every time they asked. The only wins I ever had while dealing with this firm is when I put my foot down against his suggestion and did what I beleived was the just thing. I after 9 yrs just settled and can finally move on. Do yourself a favor and pick an attorney with grit. This firm will only make you poor and unsatisfied.

Feldstein Law was my second firm to us in a protracted (5 year) separation settlement. Andrew was hands on and utilized Veronica Young very cost effectively. Andrew demonstrated on numerous occasions that he cared about how things were proceeding from a personal standpoint. He was good at asking about my personal situation and then often guiding advice that met the circumstances. Sometimes this meant coaxing me to a decision that was in my best interests, but sometimes not top of mind given all the emotions involved. I always felt Andrew was accessible and responsive and that was important to me. We ended up getting the terms we wanted and I was happy to settle. I would definitely recommend FFL and Andrew!

Andrew and his team are excellent! They obviously have a lot of experience as they were able to tackle my case with true knowledge and professionalism. I wanted a reduction in spousal support and ended up with termination of support! I am overwhelmed that the outcome exceeded my expectations! Thanks to Andrew and Veronica, I am finally free from my ex-wife!

Andrew is an amazing lawyer. He is honest, fair and offers great support throughout the whole legal process. The divorce process is never easy and it is filled with emotion. Andrew does an amazing job to ensure that all steps are taken to make the right decisions in times where "thinking clearly" is a challenge. Many lawyers ride the emotional wave in my opinion, which can get costly and also distract you from the ultimate goal. Andrew always makes sure that he is protecting my needs with the focus on ensuring what is important prevails. I would and have recommended him to many people and having him in your corner is the biggest asset when dealing with divorce.

Nobody wants to say they had a "great experience" when reviewing their divorce lawyer as it's a traumatic (and scary) experience. My case was especially horrible, with international issues, abuse and a variety of other factors. When it comes to Andrew Feldstein, I can't stress enough about his civility, competence, professionalism, and wise counsel. I'd recommend him without hesitation, and every person we came in contact with at the firm (receptionist, paralegals, etc.) were great. He had the best interest of my children along the way which meant so much to me. Maneuvering the case through the courts was horrendous sometimes, and I don't know how I would have made it without his team.

They were very communicative, open and truthful about answering questions. They were articulate and very organized in all the verbal and email communications. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who requires any representation in family matters.

Wasted money! Huge overbilling. Not representing my interest, working with the opposing lawyer to create work for themselves with no value for me or my ex-spouse. I was able to obtain as self-representing part what they told me is not possible, When I ask accountability after $40K they wanted out.

Had no knowledge of health and how relates to custody and would not develop understanding of my situation. Refused to listen to me, did not coach me, and briefly met me once during 6 months of hearings. Charged outrageous amounts for work that did not get to main points of my case. Awful

I met Andrew at a point in my life that was very black. His knowledge and matter-of-fact approach helped me understand that I had choices in front of me. He not only told me what those choices were, but he outlined the ramifications of each one. Once I had hired Andrew, the process of ending my 20 year marriage became much easier. I was able to once again sleep at night knowing that he was working in my best interests. He was absolutely my lifeline!

I retained Andrew for a separation process. He is very knowledgeable; but he pushes work on to his underlings that know nothing, and they end up getting the thrust of his/my position all wrong and in the meantime charging me extortionate fees for this incompetent work. His accounting staff are arrogant to the extreme and told me to leave if I didn't like the bill, rather than addressing the poor workmanship. I left due to this and would not recommend his firm.

Andrew takes a reasonable approach to ensure that he represents my interests with an eye on a realistic outcome that avoids unnecessary costs. He is very well known in the region and understands the nuances of the judge and his opposition.
