While Henry and his office are friendly he is disorganized and unprepared. His own interests are first. One prime example, he had another client meeting in the middle of a key deposition which effectively ended the deposition before the necessary completion.

He represented me in my divorce. It was going to trial. The few times we were in court, he was clearly not prepared & even stated complete errors. He didn't notify me of a Quit Deed that I had unknowingly signed. I was lied to by the mortgage about what I was signing, orchestrated by my husband. Mr. Madsen never mentioned it, although he had a copy. He also leaves his door open in his office, when on the phone with clients & yells a lot. He is unprofessional & a big waste of money.
