DISBARRED which comes of little surprise after he slandered a friend to his attorney, making unfounded claims about his character. His slander was proof of his lack of knowledge about my friend and a known bad attitude toward him as an employee of his client's business. His letter to the attorney, was in very poor taste and totally fabricated. Later, during a TWC meeting, this friend was applauded for his work ethics by his employers who were the ones responsible for the slanderous attack via this attorney. Mr. Little failed two other clients (lack of work quality) then failed to show up at his own court appearance, all landing him a suspension, followed by disbarment. Please update your records as he is no longer allowed to practice in the state of Texas. Info on the disbarment is public record and can be viewed on line at txboda.org.

I am shocked to see these poor reviews. I have hired this attorney several times to help me with various problems. There was a brief period when he had to have surgery that my case was on hold but as soon as he was better he jumped back on it. I will use him again should I have any future need for a lawyer. If you're curious I have had success in using him on my traffic tickets, a warrant, bad debt and then on a protection case.

We hired this attorney in the fall for simple child support enforcement. He kept giving us the run around on court date and excuses for it not happening. Once we got into court he changed everything with the other attorney. This was December 2011 and as of today 5.3.2012 the child support enforcement has not been completed because of excuses he is sick, other clients, other attorney has not submitted the paper, papers with Child support, etc. You name it we have heard it. He has yelled, screamed and hung up me for asking questions about my case. Now, after all these months he says he can finish up for a lot more money. His pofessionalism, ethics, work quality, values, knowledgem and communications is non-esistant. And to finish he does not have an office, he will come to your home and meet you places to pick up money. He is very different on being a lawyer.
