Heather Palmore served as Legal Counsel for the Wyandanch School Board until June, 2011. Her firm was replaced in July, 2011, because of Palmore's biased, unethical and illegal actions serving the corrupt actions of former Wyandanch School Board President, Denise Baines of Fredericksburg, VA. http://tabacco.blog-city.com/corrupti... Denise Baines, former Board President purchased home Jan 3, 2011, in Virginia. Palmore advised her legally how to scam Wyandanch. Baines misappropriated $1.3 million Wyandanch Library Bond Funds, which were illegally comingled with School Board funds, then attempted to Appeal Unanimous Decision by Appelate Court ruling in favor of Library. Palmore herself ruled that sister of Board Member, James Crawford, was eligible for position voted by Board with only 4 votes, violating Rule 1740 against Nepotism, requiring 5 votes for passage.
