Amazing lawyer and a believable man. Very professional, knowledgeable and as a bonus has a great sense of humor. Has helped me for over 10 years with various situations and always does everything he can to get issues resolved. I would highly recommend Joe Eisenstein

We were very happy with Joel. He guided us every step of the way and was very accurate in what would happening with our case. I feel like he represented us in a very professional manner. He was also very informative. I would refer him.

Said he would represent me and after i gave him the $4000 retainer, I never saw him again. His female "associate" cost me almost $20k b/c she did not bother to ask me about anything. I fired him that night after less than 30 days. He returned $200 of the $4000 and threatened to "Bury me" if I gave him negative reviews on social media. He's a great salesperson to get your retainer. Be sure to get everything he says in writing, He's a sheep in wolf's clothing.

He is a blow hard who is sneaky and cares not about his client. Atleast not this one. His assistant who is supposedly an attorney is even worse. Have never seen a lawyer just submit to the other sides request for a mental exam without one objection. Looked like thid person was offered as a sacrifice by then for some reason. Stay far away. I've been a client of Mr. Eisenstein's for over seven years. During that time, he has helped me through an unbelievably horrible divorce and child custody case, as well as been my advocate many times when my ex-husband had tried to hurt me. I've had to contact him on holidays and weekends and, every time, he came through for me and helped me get the justice I deserved. He has been my advocate and the one person I could count on through the most terrible times of my life. He represented me zealously and I am so very glad to have such a skilled legal professional on my side!

He has an excellent review by his peers and is very smart. On a client level he has poor people skills, arrogant and condescending. He makes you feel like you should be blessed to be in his presence. Once he has your money - good luck.

Betrayed my trust. He seemed smart and aggressive at first meeting. Was anxious to get started and e-mailed me several times. Once he received his retainer he discontinued all contact and handed the file over to an associate. This was after I had requested in writing-responding to one of his e-mails-that only he handle my case. Both he and his associate were fired after 30 days. He billed me for $3750 of his $4000 retainer. He actually billed for time when I hadn't yet retained him.
