Attorney Benner and his staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend attorney Benner as a bankruptcy lawyer. He knows exactly what to do. He listened, answered all my questions and put my distress at ease.
I was in a situation where a business was involved and I did not know what to do. I was in so much financial distress and finally I looked for help. I spoke to about 7 attorneys but some of them did not know what to do and some suggested a business bankruptcy instead and it would cost me a fortune. But when I spoke to attorney Benner, he knows exactly what to do, not like what the other attorneys had told me. He helped and guided me throughout the process efficiently and most important of all, affordable fees. Finally we did it. I can start fresh now, no more sleepless nights that I thought would never ends. Thanks a million Attorney Benner. You are truly the best!

I strongly disagree with the previous negative rating! If you are a decent person looking for an exceptional attorney, Tom Benner is the one! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The quality of his work shows that he puts in a lot of time with each client. He is honest and caring, but bold and determined to get his clients what they deserve. 5 stars!!

if i could rate them any lower i would. he is a sleazeball lawyer, he makes a used car salesman look good. he is totally unethical i would NEVER, EVER recommend him to anyone. if you want good honest advice and help, please look elsewhere, in my opinion he is unbelievably unethical!!
